“Hotel decadente e vecchio. Nessuno per un giorno intero ha tolto dal corridoio un vassoio con dei piatti sporchi del servizio in camera. Prezzi ingiustificati se non fosse per la colazione che è varia e ha lo staff che prepara uova e pancake freschi. Nella sala colazioni la ragazza all'ingresso ti mette a disagio mentre sono gentili e accoglienti sono alla reception. Non ci tornerei.”

“nothing to say about the room's services, there was everything, even the TV with chromecast, the bathroom was large and with everything you need, soaps, shampoo and conditioner , hairdryer. But the thing I liked least was that it was a "blind" room, it had no windows! this "small" particular I would have preferred to know at the time of booking!”

“Everything was in good order and the staff very helpful.. Breakfast is a bit steep but in line with everyone else… There’s a brilliant breakfast place less than 1 min walk which was amazing and quite a bit cheaper, I would hands down recommend breakfast there. Good location for cable car to the botanical gardens and the rest of wellington. I’ve stayed a few times now and it’s always an enjoyable stay”

“Be prepared, if you like water pressure in showers, or hot showers, these aren’t it. We had no plates, no cutlery provided… Take your own water. It is literally set up for business type stay. We asked a staff member where to discard rubbish, he wasn’t helpful at all so we ended up leaving it in the room. Parking is costly, would suggest getting a hotel with parking INCLUDED. Gym was way too pokey, so very overrated. Not a horrible stay, but definitely won’t be returning. POSITIVE NOTE Beds are...

“Ottimo hotel, dotato di ogni comfort. Camera "appartamento" familiare molto ampia dotata di due camere e un bagno con doccia molto spazioso ed agevole. E' presente anche zona cucina con tutti i servizi connessi. Provato anche locale piscina: buona con spogliatoi, sala fitness, sauna e doccia. Location molto buona. Ci ritornerei! ”
